2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When you visit our website, information is automatically transmitted to our server by your browser. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above.

3. Contact Form

When you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The processing of data entered into the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Cookies & Local Browser Storage

This website does not use cookies or third-party tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). To analyse usage, we store an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). This identifier is a random string with no connection to your person, IP address or email; it is used solely to count returning visits and the reach of individual pages.

We collect technical usage data such as the page visited, time spent on sections, scroll depth, clicked elements, as well as browser type and device class. No combination with personal data takes place and no data is shared with third parties.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in needs-based design of our offering). You can object to the storage at any time by deleting your browser's local storage or by preventing storage in your browser settings.

For regional reach analysis we derive country and city from your IP address once using the GeoLite2 database by MaxMind (CC BY-SA 4.0, maxmind.com). The IP address itself is not stored in our analytics database — only the derived geo data (e.g. country, city and approximate city coordinates) for visualising visitor origin.

5. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display our locations. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When loading the Google Maps map, a connection to Google servers is established. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and easy identification of the locations we specify. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Geolocation

Geolocation in our internal investor portal: This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available under CC BY-SA 4.0 (maxmind.com).

7. Social Media Links

Our website contains links to our profiles on social networks (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn). These are simple links, not social plugins. When you click on the links, you are redirected to the respective platform. Only there may personal data be transmitted to the platform operator.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right:

  • to request information about your processed personal data pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR
  • to request the rectification of inaccurate data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR
